Terrorglyph is a horrific Egyptian twist on the arcade genre. Taking elements from classic survival horror games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill you will combat monsters, solve puzzles, and salvage everything you can to survive the forbidden Egyptian tomb.
All aspects of this project are being developed by myself. The game’s art, animations, story, code and music are all made from scratch to make for a unique arcade game with its own style.
Terrorglyph is currently being prototyped in Adobe Animate CC using ActionScript 3.0. However, I have plans for translating the code into HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript so that the game can be played online on mobile devices.
In anticipation of the upcoming survival arcade game came the development of its promotional site. The website was developed using HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap and was then converted into a custom WordPress theme to take advantage of WordPress’s content management system. All of the site's visuals were designed in Illustrator and Photoshop. You may view the static HTML version of the website with the button below.
Wearable tech is growing in popularity and to accommodate this trend, a smartwatch face has been designed and developed to further promote the game.
